About me
Hi! I'm Aly Porter. I am a wife and a mother and I love it! I am a mom with two little girls living at home. Running a business and being a full time mom can be tough at times but it is totally worth it! I love my work and I love being able to stay home with my kids at the same time!
A few "tidbits" about me:
I love to go bowling and eat ice cream and brownies! My most favorite thing, is to hear my child's laugh! My favorite color is green. I received my Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho in University Studies emphasizing in Marriage and Family, Music and Spanish! I also took sewing classes that were, in part, an inspiration for Kinder Keepsakes.
I am a Mormon Mommy Blogger and I love to blog about just about anything! I am very strong in my faith and it comes through in my writing. I wouldn't say that I am an exceptional writer by any means. I just know that I love doing it and it helps me to document what is going on in my life and business. As well as, helping me to bare my testimony of what I know to be true. Blogging is a wonderful tool!
I have a passion for creating with my hands and for making something out of nothing! I enjoy making all kinds of things, whether it be with hot glue and wood or a sewing machine and fabric, but over the years I have found that I like to make things that are "mini"! Gosh, I just love those little ones! They are my pride and joy! :)
Each item I make is handmade and filled with extra tender care for your little ones! Because as I mom, I know how important our kids are. They deserve something unique and something that is made just for them!
